  CPS gives you a detailed overview of what to expect from Clear Aligner treatment for a particular case. You submit an initial assessment of 8 photographs of the patient, then Orthocase.com returns an assessment of probability that Clear Aligner therapy will be beneficial to the patient. If you choose to continue the consultation with Orthocase.com's TPS you will receive a free CPS to use in the future.

Minimum Criteria For Treatment Planning/Case Evaluation Advice

Minimum Records:

1. Two extra oral photos
2. Five intra oral photos
3. Panoramic radiograph
4. Ceph is highly encouraged, but optional

Minimum written information from doctor:

1. Chief Complaint of patient
2. Goals of Treatment

Minimum Format of Photos:
Jpeg's only! All photos should have .jpg suffix. Please do not send .bmp or tiff formats. They are huge and destroy hard drive space and are simply not necessary!!! It's up to you to change the format. It's too late once you send it. If you don't already have it, get Photoshop so you can convert images to smaller (less than 1mb) formats. Encourage doctors to get Photoshop also. It's a valuable tool in the age of computers and digital photography. 72 dpi is okay for computer screens. Crop to 4 to 5 inch.
